Canvas Resources

The Online@UT (Canvas) Resource Guide from OIT is designed to help faculty and students get up and running with Canvas.

Dan Greene (dgreene@utk.edu) can troubleshoot some Canvas issues if he is added to your course site. Some issues require higher levels of access and must be addressed by OIT.
Submit a Canvas help request to OIT

• Reusing Your Online@UT (Canvas) Course Content (copying content from a previous semester)
• Canvas course file export and import (use this method if the course is not available to be copied)
• Combining (Crosslisting) Canvas courses (if you are teaching multiple sections of the same course) Do this before publishing the course in Canvas.
