The Unified Mobile, Financial, and Information Literacy Toolkit is designed to equip the people for using mobile phones for carrying out financial transactions (i.e., mobile payments) since mobile payments is a pre-requisite to graduate people out of poverty and keep them safer in the COVID-19 pandemic.
This toolkit is the result of a research project funded by ALISE and OCLC, which can be used by public librarians to assess the “mobile payment readiness” of the people living in poverty and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to use mobile payments.
