Cleveland State (CSCC) is a service driven community college library that supports the vision of the College “to be the college of choice in our region,” and to “give learning our highest priority and be recognized for academic excellence, student success, and service to the community” Our core values are:

Working closely with a librarian, the individual will create interactive learning objects for specific courses and general subject areas, At times co- teach instruction online or face or face, or help with orientation and other events that increase awareness of our resources and services to our stakeholders. Creativity and innovation is highly encouraged
Online interactions: This will work best for students who want to embed themselves into our classes and interact with students and faculty online as well as teaching online library sessions. There is room to assist with reference work, virtually and face to face if interested.
Each student will work closely with a professional librarian to further develop their skills and interest. They may attend library and faculty meetings remotely if they wish.

The library is a small community and the environment is very collaborative and team work based. There will be many opportunities to interact with all library staff
