Biography

Mary Beth West graduated from UTK’s School of Information Sciences in Spring 2011. From 2011 – 2013, Mary Beth managed the Center for Information & Communication Studies’ User eXperience Lab. From 2013 – 2016, MaryBeth was the Director of User Experience Research and Quality Assurance for The Tombras Group, a full-service advertising agency in Knoxville, TN. Since 2016, she has worked for The Department of Energy’s Office of Scientific and Technical Information, where she currently serves as an Information Technology Specialist.
