Biography:

Susan has worked in libraries since 1992.  She started as Library Assistant at Appalachian State University (her Alma Mater) and later achieved a rank of Assistant Professor and Lead Librarian for Desk Services there.  Susan also worked as an Archivist for a non-profit in Richmond, Virginia and as Resource Delivery Manager at Virginia Commonwealth University.  For the past 5 years, Susan has been the Dean of Library Services at Chattanooga State Community College’s Kolwyck Library and Information Commons (KLIC).

Recipient of the Tennessee Library Association’s Honor Award, ALA Councilor 2012-2017.
